To show you our appreciation we want to give something in return to you as early as possible. Therefor we have started the Early Committers Page. As an early committer you will be granted exclusive access to chapters as they are completed even before they are published.
The first two chapters are posted below and more chapters will follow soon. On this page you will find the chapters as a downloadable pdf. These are provided for your personal use and are not intended for further distribution. Additional chapters will be posted over time.
